If Beckham wasn't a good free kicker, would he be a good player?

Nope. He's not fast, can't dribble, rarely scores (excluding free kicks) and can't get stuck in and tackle to save his life.

The whole things an Illusion, Sven is frightened the Whole of England will be up in Arms over benching this waster, in reality, everyone would be pleased with him going. The problem England has is their playing with 10 men all the Time with Beckham, Lampard scores more from Freekicks and Corners than that Dope ever could yet look what happens. Until someone grasps the nettle and say, "Hoy you Beckham, Fuck off, we dont need you, you Bollocks".

He had to come off tonight because he didnt feel well after scoring in the first time in Three Years:drink:. What does that tell you and also the dope that Selects them.

Part II,

Factoring in his free kicking (and his total contribution to his team), is he an above average player?

Is he really a good free-kicker? I haven't been too impressed with him so far in the WC with the exception of the most recent goal he scored.
